Tuesday (At the Beach)

Roughly 80 gajillion times up and down the four flights of stairs to the room. Only took the elevator when the dog started limping.

Morning and afternoon walks along the beach with the girl and the dog.

Solo fast five mile walk along the boardwalk.

Ate mostly what I planned - passing up several impulse opportunities.
